MANILA, Philippines - What is the secret to the Japanese’s long and healthy life?
“What is noteworthy among the Japanese is they are careful about what they eat, how food is prepared and when to eat them,” says Tomohiko Oda, who believes in adopting a holistic approach to maintaining quality of life. 

Tomohiko is a trainer at Karada Japanese Body Therapy Center in the Philippines, a wellness center known for offering the ancient Japanese technique of body alignment.  He and colleague Hiroaki Naruse, Karada’s regional manager, share their knowledge and techniques with local customers who believe in the healing and restorative properties of Karada.
