ABOUT KARADA

KARADA factory was founded in Japan by Koyasu Yuki. He met a car accident and was cured by Chiro treatment. He tried to merge the concept of Chiro and massage and learned different principles from each. The very first store was established in Yokohama.

As of now, there are over 140 branches in Japan nationwide, 3 in Taiwan, 1 under-construction in Thailand and 2 franchise stores in the Philippines (Glorietta and Greenbelt). It will be expanding soon in HK, Shanghai, Malaysia and Indonesia.

The owner of the franchise store here in the Philippines heard about KARADA in Taiwan. He saw and tried it personally in Japan and realized the potential of the business. So, FJG (JPN company) has tied up with the owner and has already built 2 stores: Glorietta and Greenbelt Radisson.

Four management trainees were sent to Japan last year of March to train/practice the techniques of Karada Factory. Afterwards, a training center was put up in Kamagong with a Japanese supervisor from the mother company FJG to hone the skills of the management trainees and from then on, more trainees were hired in preparation for the future stores.

Glorietta branch opened in Nov 26, 2012 while Radisson branch just opened February this year.

KARADA means body. Seitai is a body therapy based on Japanese traditions. Actually, there is no direct translation for Seitai but it can mean "Body Maintenance”. It means maintaining the good condition of the body.

Generally, normal massage/spa salons just relax the stiff muscles of the body so the relief is temporary. But in KARADA, we assess and address the source of body problems (pain) to prevent them from occurring again. Moreover, KARADA has an open pace, lively atmosphere and bight setting compared to the private, silent and dimmed atmosphere of usual massage salons.

Our concept is wellness through prevention. Massage salons can definitely ease muscle pains but it can only do so during the session. Our treatment can prevent body pains from occurring again because we address the source of the problem which is not the muscle but the misaligned bone. Moreover, we are not a place for relaxation but for revitalization.
